OVERVIEW

The Challenge: Create a web page only with HTML and CSS

Outcome: A basic web page with a clean design and functional

Research Goals:

Define users’ motivations, needs, and frustrations when they are finding job.

Primary Research - Interviews

I talked to two people between 25 and 35 years old to find out their needs and expectations with the job search.

Through this process I identified two user needs:

Customers don't know about ATS
Customers need engagement with a recruitment coach that allows knowing about the best recommendations to find a job.

Persona Creation

With the information from my interview and brainstorming with the team, I was able to elaborate my user person

Wireframes

I began the process of wireframing with sketches of several of the main screens

I asked 2 participants to test out the prototype's usability. The participant pool was comprised of women and men between the ages of 25 and 35.

While the feedback was mostly positive from participants, the prototype needs more time to improve it taking in count that it was an exercise only with CSS and HTML in two weeks.
